Stack & Pop — Privacy policy

Scope and effective date

Effective October 1, 2026. This policy describes Duskore Stack & Pop for iOS, including prerelease testing, and does not substitute for another Duskore game's policy. Service configuration and App Store availability are separate from publication of this policy.

Authentication and local storage

Firebase Authentication processes an account identifier and sign-in provider. Guest access creates an anonymous account; Google or Apple may provide the email, name and profile information you authorize for authentication and account display. Local storage contains high scores, preferences, daily coin balances, reset dates, pending round reservations and opaque reward receipts used to prevent duplicate grants. The wallet is separated by game/account and does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.

Usage and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics can process sessions, gameplay events, app/device/operating-system information, language, installation identifiers and approximate region to understand usage. Firebase advertising storage, ad-user-data, personalization signals and IDFV collection are disabled; permission for AdMob does not enable these settings. Firebase Crashlytics can process crash traces, installation identifiers, timestamps, app version and device details. Authentication, analytics and diagnostics are separate from advertising consent. No Game Center score sharing is enabled in the current test candidate.

Advertising and your choices

Google AdMob may show a banner and optional rewarded ads for one play coin per confirmed earned event; no interstitial ads are used. iOS tracking authorization precedes UMP regional consent handling, and ad requests start only when permission allows them. Denied or unavailable permission keeps ads off without removing the daily free coin allowance. PRIVACY CHOICES provides current status and applicable regional choices; tracking permission can be changed in iOS Settings. A change affects future processing, not information already processed.

Advertising information and providers

When permitted, Google AdMob and partners disclosed in its regional messages may process IP address/approximate location, device/advertising identifiers, ad impressions/interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and personalization. Information may be combined with information from other companies' apps or websites. Applicable regional choices may concern processing considered a sale or sharing. Other providers are Google Firebase Authentication, Analytics and Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign in with Apple and GitHub for public support. Providers may process information outside your country under their safeguards.

Retention, deletion and contact

Authentication data remains while the app account exists. Settings → Delete Account deletes the Firebase account and requests removal of that account's local coin state; Apple authorization revocation is included for Apple accounts. The operation can fail and may require recent authentication; follow the displayed result and retry or contact support. Local high scores/preferences can remain until app data is removed. Analytics, diagnostics and ad records follow providers' retention and legal obligations and may not be tied directly to the deleted auth account. App deletion does not delete a Google or Apple account. Public support issues remain until their author, GitHub or an administrator removes them. Use the support link for privacy questions without posting private information. This is a general-audience game, not specifically directed to children.
