Duskore Sudoku — Privacy policy
Scope and effective date
Effective September 16, 2026. Duskore provides Duskore Sudoku for iOS. This policy covers this app's prerelease and release versions, not other Duskore games. App Store availability and service testing are separate from publication of this policy.
Authentication
Firebase Authentication processes a user identifier and sign-in provider for guest, Google and Apple sign-in. Google or Apple may share the email, name and profile information you authorize for authentication and account display. Guest access also creates an anonymous Firebase account. Cancelling sign-in does not start a game session.
Local progress and usage
The unfinished puzzle, notes, time, mistakes, hints, local high score and settings are stored on your device. There is no cloud-save or public leaderboard feature. Firebase Analytics can process app sessions, gameplay events, app/device/operating-system information, language, installation identifiers and approximate region to understand usage. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and personalization signals in Firebase Analytics are disabled; allowing AdMob tracking does not turn them on.
Crash diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics can process crash traces, installation identifiers, timestamps, app version and device/operating-system details to diagnose faults. Authentication, analytics and crash diagnostics are separate from the advertising permission decision.
Advertising and tracking choices
AdMob can show a gameplay banner and optional rewarded ads for hints or one-strike recovery. On iOS, this app requires ATT authorization before UMP regional consent handling, and starts Mobile Ads requests only when both gates allow it. Denied, restricted, unresolved or unavailable tracking keeps ads off while gameplay remains available. Privacy Choices in the menu shows current status, offers applicable regional choices and can open iOS tracking settings. Permission is rechecked after returning to the app. Changing a choice affects future processing, not processing already completed.
Advertising information and partners
When permitted, Google AdMob and the partners disclosed in its regional message may process IP address and approximate location, device/advertising identifiers, ad views/interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and personalization. Data may be combined with information from other companies' apps or websites. Regional opt-out choices may apply to processing considered a sale or sharing under local laws. Rewards depend on ad availability and confirmed completion; declining tracking does not prevent ordinary play.
Providers and international processing
Services used are Google Firebase Authentication, Analytics and Crashlytics; Google Sign-In; Apple Sign in with Apple; and Google AdMob/UMP and its disclosed advertising partners. GitHub processes public support issues under its own policy. Providers may process information outside your country subject to their safeguards. No Game Center score sharing is implemented.
Retention and deletion
Authentication data remains while the account exists. Settings → Delete Account removes the Firebase account, clears the local unfinished puzzle and signs you out; Apple authorization revocation is also attempted for Apple accounts. Local preferences and high scores may remain until app data is removed. Analytics and diagnostics follow the providers' configured retention periods and may not be directly tied to the deleted authentication account. Ad-provider records follow their retention and legal obligations. Public support issues remain until removed by their author, GitHub or a repository administrator. Account deletion does not delete your Google or Apple account.
Your choices and contact
You can use a guest account, cancel provider login, decline tracking, revisit applicable regional choices, delete the app account or uninstall to stop future app activity. Contact Duskore through the support link below for privacy or deletion problems; do not include private information in a public issue. This is a general-audience puzzle game, not directed specifically to children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support without posting that information publicly. Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with a revised date.
