Duskore Star Jumper — Privacy policy
Scope and effective date
Effective September 18, 2026. Duskore provides Duskore Star Jumper for iOS under bundle identifier com.duskore.starjumper. This policy covers this app's prerelease and release versions, not other Duskore games. Publication of this policy is not a claim of App Store availability, provider operation, physical-device validation or review approval.
Authentication
When the dedicated services are configured, Firebase Authentication processes a user identifier and sign-in provider for guest, Google and Apple sign-in. Google or Apple may share the email, name and profile information you authorize for authentication and account display. Guest access creates an anonymous Firebase account. Cancelling sign-in does not start a game session.
Gameplay data stored on the device
Best height, settings and a per-account, policy-versioned leaderboard-sharing choice can be stored locally on the device. The Firebase user identifier scopes the sharing choice to the signed-in account. This local data is not a cloud backup, and ordinary gameplay does not require public score sharing.
Analytics and crash reporting
This Star Jumper version disables Firebase Analytics collection and Firebase Crashlytics collection, does not send gameplay events through the shared AnalyticsService, and does not install shared Crashlytics error handlers. Firebase analytics and crash SDK dependencies may still be present through the shared runtime, but their inclusion does not enable collection. Authentication and advertising permissions are separate. This policy will be revised before either collection mode is enabled for this app.
Optional Game Center score sharing
When the leaderboard is configured, Game Center score sharing remains off until the signed-in user receives an explanation and explicitly opts in for that account and policy version. Only scores from future completed runs are eligible; the app does not backfill an earlier best height. An authorized submission can provide Apple with the Game Center player identifier, nickname, score and related leaderboard activity for public ranking and Game Center operation. Withdrawing invalidates pending authorization and stops future submissions, but does not erase information Apple already processed. Apple handles Game Center information under its own policy.
Advertising and tracking choices
When advertising is configured, Google AdMob can show an interstitial only at the natural PLAY AGAIN transition after every third completed run; the first two completed runs are skipped. No banner or rewarded ads are used. On iOS, the app requires ATT authorization before UMP regional consent handling and starts Mobile Ads requests only when both gates allow it. Denied, restricted, unresolved or unavailable tracking keeps ads off while play remains available. Privacy Choices can show applicable regional choices and open iOS tracking settings. Changing a choice affects future processing, not processing already completed.
Advertising information and partners
When both gates permit an ad request, Google AdMob and partners disclosed in its regional message may process IP address and approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, ad views or interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalization. Information may be combined with data from other companies' apps or websites, and regional opt-out choices may apply to processing treated as sale or sharing under local laws. Ad unavailability never prevents ordinary play.
Providers and international processing
Gated services are Google Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign in with Apple, Apple Game Center, and Google AdMob/UMP with its disclosed advertising partners. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection are disabled for this app version as described above. GitHub processes public support issues under its own policy. Providers may process information outside your country subject to their safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Authentication data remains while the Firebase account exists. Settings → Delete Account removes that account, clears its local leaderboard-sharing choice and signs the user out; Apple authorization revocation is also attempted for Apple accounts. The app returns to the login screen without automatically starting a provider login. Local settings and best height may remain until app data is removed. Game Center and advertising records follow the providers' retention and legal obligations, and account deletion does not remove a Google, Apple or Game Center account or a score Apple already processed. Public support issues remain until removed by their author, GitHub or a repository administrator.
Your choices and contact
You can use a guest account, cancel provider login, keep Game Center sharing off or withdraw it, decline tracking, revisit applicable regional advertising choices, delete the app account, or uninstall to stop future app activity. Contact Duskore through the public support link below for privacy or deletion problems; do not include private information in a public issue. This is a general-audience arcade game, not directed specifically to children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact support without posting that information publicly. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
