This page supports the iOS app, including prerelease testing. The app is being prepared for release; a public download and release date have not been announced. Publishing these instructions does not mean provider setup, physical-device testing or App Store review is complete.
Playing a run
After signing in, press PLAY. Tap once to launch the star toward the next orbit. A missed landing uses one of three energy stars, and five consecutive landings start STAR RUSH. The result shows the completed run's height and best height. PLAY AGAIN starts another run; HOME ends the current run and returns to the menu.
Accounts and deletion
Guest, Google and Apple sign-in are offered when their services are configured and available. From the menu, open Settings to sign out or choose Delete Account. Successful deletion removes the Firebase account, clears that account's leaderboard-sharing choice and returns to the login screen. The app does not automatically start Apple or Google sign-in after deletion; press a login button to authenticate again. Apple authorization revocation is attempted for Apple accounts, and some providers may require recent sign-in. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete the account.
Optional Game Center sharing
The online leaderboard can remain unavailable in prerelease or unconfigured builds. When it is available, score sharing starts off for each account and requires a separate explanation and explicit opt-in. Opt-in applies only to future completed runs and never uploads earlier scores. Use the leaderboard-sharing control to withdraw; withdrawal invalidates pending authorization and stops later submissions, but it cannot remove a score Apple already processed. Declining or withdrawing does not block play.
Advertising and privacy choices
Advertising can remain unavailable until its production services are configured. When enabled on iOS, the app asks for ATT authorization before UMP regional consent handling and requests ads only when both gates allow it. An interstitial is considered only on every third completed run's PLAY AGAIN transition, after the first two completed runs; it is not used on launch, during play or when choosing HOME. There are no banner or rewarded ads. A missing or failed ad never blocks the next run. Privacy Choices can show applicable regional options and open iOS tracking settings; returning to the app rechecks permission.
Audio
Sound effects follow the in-app sound setting. No approved background music is included in the current prerelease build, so hearing no background track is expected.
Report a problem
Use the public GitHub support link below. Include “Duskore Star Jumper”, the app version/build, iPhone model, iOS version and reproduction steps. Do not post passwords, tokens, email addresses, Apple/Google/Game Center account details or screenshots containing private information. If account deletion fails, report the error without identifying account data.
